The Personal Interview Preparation is open to any girl ages 13 - 26 who wish to improve their interview skills.  
Contestants will have the benefit of doing an interview with two different panels that will resemble an actual
judging panel at a local or state pageant.  Panelists will be comprised of people with pageant judging
experience, business professionals with strong interviewing skills and educators.  Following the interview, the
contestant will receive a critique from the judges.  Areas that will be discussed include:  Use of grammar,
appearance and dress, personality and connecting with the panel, how well were the questions answered,
and feedback on contestant's paperwork.  Contestants will also be given DVDs of both interviews.
