Gary Bogener
Executive Director
Gary Bogener has been involved in the Miss America Organization since
1989.   A native of Kahoka, Missouri, Gary was heavily involved in his
community, serving as Vice-President of the Kahoka Kiwanis, President of
the Kahoka Chamber of Commerce, and was a community co-chairman of
the local S.A.D.D. (Students Against Drunk Driving) chapter.  He was a
founding member of ACT I, a community theater group, and also was the
founding co-director of the Miss Clark County Scholarship Program, serving
eight years as co-director.   In 1996, Gary relocated to St. Louis.  Shortly after
relocating, he helped bring back a Miss Missouri preliminary to the St. Louis
area by forming the Miss Metro St. Louis Scholarship Program, serving as
executive director for four years.  He has been executive director of the Miss Gateway St. Louis Scholarship Program since 2003
and also serves as the Director of Field Operations for the Miss Missouri Organization.  A graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange College
with a degree in Business Administration, Gary is the Lead Buyer for Diagraph, An ITW Company, a manufacturer and distributor of
marking and coding equipment.  He is a member of the ISM - St. Louis (Institute of Supply Management) chapter and is a 2009
judge for the Arts for Life Recognition Guild program, which annually recognizes outstanding cast and productions from the St.
Louis community theater community.

Kerri Kime
Co-Director/ Treasurer
Kerri Kime is a Human Resources Manager for Steak n Shake.   She has a BA Degree in Communications Theory and Rhetoric
from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is currently working on her PHR certification.  Kerri resides in Wildwood and has a 14
year old son, Sam.  In addition to her family, career and the Miss Gateway program, Kerri is passionate about fitness and has
finished two half marathons.

Mary McIntosh
Board Member / Outstanding Teen Co-Director
Mary McIntosh attended Kansas State College of Pittsburg and is employed as a systemized information management
administrator. She  became a part of the “Gateway” family when her daughter, Caitlin, was named the first Miss Gateway St. Louis
Scholarship winner in 2003 and again when she won the title of Miss Gateway to the West, a second title added to the local in 2005.
She has been a member of the board of directors since 2007.  She has served as the regional judging coordinator for the United
States Sports Acro  Federation and has judged numerous national competitions.  She has a 14 year old grandson, Sam, and a new
granddaughter, Steele  Marie. She resides in New Haven, Missouri with her husband, Michael, her 17 year old cat Zeus and
Chihuahua boy, Chippy.

Megan Ebers
Board Member / Secretary
Megan Ebers, originally from rural Center MO, has been actively involved in the Miss America Program since the age of 12, when her
first pageant experience was as a pageant dancer at the Miss Hannibal Pageant. Megan was a part of the production of the Miss
Hannibal Pageant for three years, then, at the age of 15 competed for the first time in the Junior Miss program. She continued onto
the Miss Missouri program and competed until she turned 23, participating three times at Miss Missouri as a local titleholder (as
Miss Hannibal, Miss Moberly and Miss Jackson.)  Megan is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor's
Degree in Fine Arts and Communications. She currently resides in St. Charles, MO where she works as Sales Representative at
BFM Graphics.

Dave Fairchild
Board Member
A Native of Pekin, Illinois, Dave Fairchild is a 2002 graduate from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Music
Education. During college he was involved with the marching band, jazz band, pep band, winter color guard, and concert band. For
two years he was the drum major of the Marching Leathernecks, and for two years he choreographed the color guard in the
marching band. David has worked with many marching units serving as the color guard choreographer/designer in many states
including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Nebraska. David currently is teaching junior high band in O'Fallon, IL and
continuing to work with color guards.

Caitlin Corry
Board Member
Caitlin Corry is a two-time Miss Gateway titleholder.  She was awarded the program’s first title, Miss Gateway St. Louis, in 2003; and
was awarded the first title of Miss Gateway to the West in 2005.  During her last year at Miss Missouri, she was a preliminary
swimsuit winner, the Commerce Bank Community Service Award recipient and was second runner-up to Miss Missouri 2005.  Prior
to participating in the Miss Missouri program, Caitlin was Miss Missouri Teen USA 2000 and placed in the Top Ten at Miss Teen
USA.  Caitlin has danced professionally with the Sesame Street Live international tour and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance
Performance and Choreography from Lindenwood University.  She was a cast member of Shadowland, a feature movie filmed in
2007 in the St. Louis area and has received two awards for best actress during the movie’s film series run in 2008.   Caitlin and her
husband, Kevin, live in Wildwood and are the parents of a daughter, Steele, born October 10, 2008.

Gina Evans
Board Member
Gina Evans is a former Missouri Contestant placing in the Top Ten at Miss Missouri 1997.  Gina is a classically trained Ballet
dancer and is the owner and director of Midwest Academy of Dance in Valley Park, Missouri.   Gina lives in Kirkwood with her
husband Frank and is on the Board of Directors for the Kirkwood Rotary Club. She has held many roles in the pageant world
including judge, choreographer, production assistant, and director, but currently her favorite role in being a pageant mom to her 5
year old Grace and to the baby girl due in October.
